PLASMA FIBROBLAST

Plasma Fibroblast is a revolutionary cosmetic treatment which offers an alternative to invasive surgical procedures. Fibroblast delivers results which rival surgical procedures, but with minimal downtime and without having to go under the knife!

WHAT IS PLASMA FIBROBLASTING?

Plasma Fibroblasting is a non laser treatment that delivers energy in the form of Plasma to rejuvenate the skin. It is the only cosmetic treatment to use plasma to eliminate excess skin by tightening. It has been successful with non surgical eye lifts, wrinkle reduction, scar lifting treatments, tummy tightening and more. It provides a non invasive treatment that delivers results similar to surgery without the scalpel, stitches and bandages with minimal downtime. It has a much lower risk and is more affordable than actual surgery. Plasma skin tightening is a relatively new innovation to the beauty industry in North America but has been used for a number of years in Europe. The extremely accurate device works by utilizing the voltage in the air between its metal tip and the skin to form a plasma charge. An electrical arc is created. The charge leads to a strategically place series of tiny brown spots. The skin around the spots tightens instantly, pulling the cells closer together and shrinking the targeted skin.

Plasma Sking Tightening is used to treat imperfections without any actual cutting of the skin and includes:

  • Eyelids: Upper and Lower

  • Crow's Feet

  • Sunspots, Age Spots and Skin Tags (requires medical Doctor's consent)

  • Stretch Marks

  • Tightening Loose Stomach Skin

  • Line and Wrinkles Around the Mouth

  • Mini Facelift

  • Neck

WHERE CAN YOU GET PLASMA SKIN TIGHTENING?

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The effects of treatment will be noticeable immediately after treatment, but the best results will be seen by the 8th week as the skin needs time to go through a full regeneration cycle. Through Plasma Skin Tightening, the effects should last as long as evasive surgery. Like all surgical and cosmetic procedures, the effect is not entirely permanent as it does not stop aging. The positive results can last years, depending on the area treated and ones lifestyle. For some, an additional treatment may be required after 8 weeks for maximum results. Additionally, there are lifestyle factors that can prevent the result from lasting such as smoking, alcohol consumption and prolonged sun exposure.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED?

The number of treatments required will vary by the condition being treated, skins laxity, the desired degree of correction and the response to treatments. Appointments must be spaced out 6-8 weeks.

DAY OF TREATMENT

On the day of treatment, no makeup is to be worn. Practitioners recommend that the client take an antihistamine (such as Benedryl) 30 minutes prior to the appointment to help with swelling and continue to take it for 2-3 days following appointment.

A numbing agent is applied to the area for 30 minutes. The session begins with multiple connections of the plasma tip, spaced closely together. You may feel some heat in the treatment area which may be uncomfortable. Once the first pass of connections are made another dose of numbing agent is applied to further aid in comfort. Treatment time is usually between 10-40 minutes, depending on the size of the area.

Immediately after treatment, the area will be red and mildly swollen with small scabs. You may experience a sensation similar to sunburn which may last a few hours. Eye treatment swelling may last 3-5 days . The scabs and discolorations should be resolved within 5-12 days. Results will gradually improve over the course of the next 8 weeks.

AFTER TREATMENT

Following treatment you will be given aftercare instructions to insure best results. The treatment will include 2 specially developed products. One product is used for the first 3 days to promote healing and sooth the initial discomfort. The second product is used after day 3 for moisturizing the skin. In the weeks following treatment, until healed, only use a mild pH balanced soap (such a Dove) and water to gently cleanse the treated area. Completely dry the area. Avoid rubbing the area.
